Terms of Service
These terms govern use of CreativeFuel, a Facebook publishing application operated by CreativeFuel. The application is provided for the internal use of CreativeFuel staff and of content partners we have expressly authorised. It is not offered to the general public.
Access
Accounts are issued by CreativeFuel and are personal to the individual they are issued to. Credentials and API keys must not be shared. We may suspend or withdraw access at any time, in particular where an account is misused or a role ends.
Acceptable use
- Publish only to Pages you have been authorised to publish to.
- Publish only content you have the rights to publish.
- Do not attempt to bypass the safeguards built into the service, including posting intervals, per-video cooldowns and the approval queue.
- Do not use the service in any way that breaches Meta's Terms of Service, Platform Terms, Community Standards or Content Monetization Policies.
Content responsibility
The person or team supplying content is responsible for it — for holding the necessary rights and for its compliance with applicable law and with Meta's policies. CreativeFuel may remove content and revoke access where this is not met.
Availability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability. Publishing depends on the Facebook Graph API, which may be unavailable, rate limited or changed by Meta without notice, and we are not responsible for outcomes caused by such changes.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, CreativeFuel is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service, including loss of reach, revenue or Page standing.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
