Privacy Policy
This policy covers CreativeFuel, a Facebook publishing application operated by CreativeFuel ("we", "us"). The application is an internal business tool. It schedules and publishes video content to the Facebook Pages owned by CreativeFuel and by the clients it manages, and reports back on how those posts performed.
It has no consumer-facing surface. Members of the public do not sign in to it, and we do not collect information from them through it.
What we process
- Facebook Page and Business assets — Page names and ids, and the access tokens issued to us for Pages we are authorised to manage. Tokens are stored encrypted.
- Content we publish — video files, titles, captions and transcripts supplied by our own team or our content partners.
- Post results — post ids, permalinks, publish status, and the aggregate metrics Facebook returns for our own posts: impressions, views, reactions, comments, shares and monetization earnings.
- Staff accounts — the name, email address and hashed password of CreativeFuel employees who use the dashboard, plus a record of which of them published which post.
What we do not do
- We do not collect personal information from viewers, followers or any other member of the public.
- We do not read private messages, and we do not access the personal profiles of people who interact with our posts.
- We do not sell, rent or share data with third parties for advertising, and we run no advertising of our own through this application.
- We do not use this data to build profiles of individuals.
Why we process it
Solely to operate the service: to publish scheduled content to Pages we manage, to prevent the same video being posted twice, to show our team what was published and how it performed, and to keep the account secure.
Where it is stored
On managed infrastructure in Google Cloud and on a managed PostgreSQL database, both access-controlled. Access tokens and other secrets are encrypted at rest. Uploaded video files are deleted automatically once they have been published and are no longer needed.
How long we keep it
Publishing records and performance metrics are retained for as long as they are useful for reporting. Video files are removed shortly after publication. Staff accounts are removed when the person leaves or their access is withdrawn.
Facebook data
Everything we read from Facebook comes through the official Graph API, using a System User granted access by the owner of each Page. CreativeFuel does not offer Facebook Login and never asks a member of the public to authorise it. Page owners can withdraw our access at any time from their own Business settings, which immediately stops our access. We use Facebook data only in line with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies.
Your rights
If you believe we hold information about you, you may ask us what it is, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to sachinmandloi522@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. See also our data deletion instructions.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
